"I enjoy helping children achieve the best they can and as a result of that I have previously volunteered in a local school’s special needs department, helping children with reading using the toe-by-toe scheme."
 
Priya joined the Explore Learning team as a tutor in November 2004 when the centre first opened and she became Assistant Director in August 2009 and Centre Director in February 2011. Whilst completing her degree in English Language and Applied Linguistics at the University of Brighton Priya worked with local schools in their after school sports clubs. She enjoys helping children achieve the best they can and has volunteered in a local school’s special needs department helping children with reading using the toe-by-toe scheme.

Katherine graduated from the University of Oxford with a 2:1 in Spanish and French.  As part of her degree she taught in a Spanish school for a year, and continued to work as a leader for Girl Guiding UK with both Brownies and Guides.  She has also worked with children on various academic outreach programmes designed to inspire children to aim high and gain confidence in their abilities.
