Lisa graduated in 2002 from Essex University in Equine Science. Throughout her degree Lisa was a riding instructor for disabled children and it was this passion to build confidence in children that inspired Lisa to originally work as a Tutor in our Explore Learning Centre in Peterborough.

Lisa became so enthused by her experiences within the centre she applied for the Assistant Director post and relocated to our Reading Centre. Lisa quickly developed her marketing and leadership skills within the company, taking on early responsibility, and was swiftly promoted to Centre Director back in Peterborough. Lisa has been with Explore Learning since 2003, she left Peterborough in the Summer of 2005 to take on the role as the company Training Manager, as well as Regional Manager for 3 centres.
